Is customer information kept private?
Zawadi stores the customer's name, phone number and purchase amounts, not prescriptions. Each pharmacy only sees its own customers.
Can I run it in more than one branch?
Yes. The Grow plan covers up to five locations, and customers can earn and redeem at any branch.
Can customers buy on credit?
Duka Credit lets you record purchases on credit, set instalments and send repayment reminders by SMS. It is included on every plan.
