Type up to 480 characters. Zawadi shows how many SMS parts it uses, how many people will get it and how many credits it costs before you send.

Messages go out straight away and end with your business name, so customers know who it's from. Every message is logged in your dashboard.

How much does an SMS cost?
Each 160 characters sent to one customer uses one SMS credit. Your plan includes credits every month, and you can buy more at KES 1 per credit from your dashboard.
Which customers can I send to?
All your customers, those who visited in the last 30 days, those who haven't visited in 60 days, your top 10% by points, customers you pick by hand, or a list of numbers you paste in.
What name do customers see?
Messages are sent from Zawadi's sender name and end with your business name. If you have your own SMS gateway account, you can connect it instead.
Can someone write the message for me?
On the Grow and Enterprise plans, Zawadi suggests three drafts based on the offer and tone you choose. You can edit them before sending.
