Bring back customers before they forget you
Most customers don't leave because of a bad experience. They just get busy and start going somewhere closer. Zawadi notices when a regular hasn't been back and sends them a message for you, at the right moment.
How it works
-
Choose the gap
Decide how long is too long. If you pick 30 days, a customer gets your message on the day they reach 30 days since their last visit.
-
Write it once
Write the message with their name and points balance filled in automatically, or start from a suggested draft.
-
Zawadi sends it daily
Every morning Zawadi checks for customers who have hit the gap and sends the SMS. Each message is logged on the customer's profile.
- Nudge customers who are close to their next reward, at most once a month each.
- Warn customers 30 days and 7 days before their points expire.
- For a one-off push, send an SMS campaign to everyone who hasn't visited in 60 days.
- Automatic messages are included on the Grow and Enterprise plans.

Win-back messages questions
When does the win-back SMS go out?
On the day a customer reaches the number of days you set since their last visit. The default is 30 days, and messages go out in the morning.
Will a customer get the message again and again?
No. It goes out once, on the day they cross the gap. If they come back and lapse again later, they can get it again.
Which plans include win-back messages?
Automatic messages are on the Grow and Enterprise plans. On every plan you can send a campaign to customers who haven't visited in 60 days.
Does it cost extra?
Each message uses SMS credits from your wallet, the same as any other SMS. There's no separate fee for the automation.
