Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a free trial of 14 to 30 days, depending on the plan. You don't need a card or an M-Pesa payment to start, and you can switch plans during the trial. Pay when you're ready to keep going.
How do I pay?
Plans are billed monthly in Kenyan shillings. You pay from the billing page in your dashboard with an M-Pesa prompt sent to your phone.
What happens when my SMS credits run out?
Your plan's SMS credits are added every month. If you need more, top up your SMS wallet from the dashboard at any time, also by M-Pesa.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move to a bigger plan when you open another branch or need more SMS credits, from the billing page in your dashboard.
What happens if I stop paying?
There is no contract. If a payment lapses, your dashboard is paused until you pay again. Your customers, points and rewards stay saved, so nothing is lost when you come back.
Is there a setup fee or hardware to buy?
No. Zawadi runs in the browser on the phones, tablets or computers you already have. You print your QR code on ordinary paper.
