Know your numbers

Know who's coming back and who isn't

Every visit, point and reward feeds your dashboard. Open it in the morning to see what needs doing today, then look at any customer to see when they usually come in and whether they're drifting away.

Dashboard and customer insights

Zawadi's dashboard shows a shop owner today's visits and points, flags anything that needs attention, and reports sign-ups, popular rewards and top customers over any period. Each customer is labelled new, regular, at risk or lapsed, with their usual visit day and the gap between visits.

What you can do

  • Customers are labelled new, regular, at risk or lapsed, based on how they visit.
  • See how many customers are at each stage, and open the list of any group.
  • Export your customer list to CSV.
  • See which SMS campaigns brought people back within 7 days.
  • A staff performance screen shows each person's sign-ups, points given and rewards redeemed.

How it works

  1. Start with today

See today's visits and points, plus anything that needs you: bookings waiting for confirmation, rewards running low, campaigns that failed and credit that's overdue.

  2. Look at the trend

Pick a period to see sign-ups, points earned and spent, your most popular rewards and your top customers.

  3. Open any customer

See their lifecycle label, usual visit day, average gap between visits and a 12-month visit pattern, plus notes from your staff.

Example

A barbershop's Monday check

On Monday morning a barber opens his at-risk customers and finds 14 clients who usually come every two weeks but haven't been in for a month. He picks them in a new SMS campaign and offers a free beard trim this week.

Questions

Dashboard and customer insights questions

How does Zawadi decide a customer is at risk?

It compares how long it has been since their last visit with how often they usually come. A customer who normally visits weekly is at risk sooner than one who comes monthly.

Can I get my customer list out of Zawadi?

Yes. Export your customers to a CSV file from the customer list at any time.

Can my staff see the numbers?

Owners and managers see the dashboard and reports. Cashiers see what they need to serve customers.
