How it works

Connect your store
For Shopify, add the Zawadi webhook in your store settings. For WooCommerce, download and install the Zawadi plugin from your dashboard.

Orders earn points
When an order is paid, the buyer earns points under your normal rules. Buyers who aren't members yet are added.

Rewards at checkout
On WooCommerce, customers can enter a Zawadi reward or gift voucher code as a coupon, and it's checked before it's accepted.

A boutique selling in store and online
A boutique sells on WooCommerce and in its shop. A customer orders a KES 4,500 dress online and earns 45 points at 1 point per KES 100. Next week she uses a Zawadi reward code at the online checkout.
