Zawadi's multi-branch support runs one loyalty programme across all your locations. Customers keep one balance and can earn or redeem at any branch, staff are assigned to their branch, and rewards can be limited to a single location. It is included on the Grow and Enterprise plans.

Add your branches
Add each location with its name and address. Grow includes up to 5 branches and Enterprise up to 20.

Assign your staff
Put each staff member at their branch, so every award and redemption is recorded where it happened.

Set branch rewards if you need them
Most rewards work everywhere. Limit one to a single branch when it only makes sense there, such as a menu item only one shop sells.

A car wash with two sites
A car wash runs sites in Kilimani and Westlands. A customer who washes at either one fills the same stamp card, and a branch-only reward offers a free vacuum at the Westlands site, which has the bigger bay.

Multiple branches questions
Can customers redeem at a different branch from where they earned?
Yes. Points and stamps belong to the customer, so they can use them at any of your branches unless you limit a reward to one.
How many branches can I add?
Up to 5 on the Grow plan and up to 20 on Enterprise. Starter is for a single location.
Do staff at one branch see the other branches?
Staff are assigned to a branch and serve customers there. Owners and managers see the whole business.
