A salon lists box braids, a wash and blow-dry and a retouch. A client books braids for 10am on Saturday from her phone and gets a BK reference by SMS. When she comes in, the visit earns her a stamp towards a free treatment.

Where do customers make a booking?
In the Zawadi Rewards app or the customer web app, on your shop's card. They need to have joined your loyalty programme.
Can customers cancel?
Yes, from their bookings list. The slot becomes free again.
Do I have to use bookings?
No. If you don't list bookable services, customers simply don't see the option.
